Wood drying with low pressure and heat gives exellent results

Using multiple physical factors, which affect the drying of wood and other moisture-prone material, a significant reduction of energy consumption can be achieved with this system. This process results in rapid yet gentle drying at substantially reduced energy consumption.

  1. Drying capacity per unit 40 m³
  2. Dimensions of the process container 3 x 3 x 5 m
  3. Weight ca. 5 to 8 tons
  4. Dimensions of the drying chamber 3 x 3 x 14 m
  5. Weight ca. 12 to 20 tons
  6. Adjustable drying temperatures 20° - 90° C
  7. Energy consumption 6 – 16 kw

As for total capacity on Larch, the drier is capable of the following kinds of results with no end-splitting effect:

  • Humidity inlet 45 - 50 %
  • Humidity after drying 14 - 16 %
  • Time for drying 5 - 6 days
