This feasibility study gathers information on Windhoek's innovation society and development system, the development potential of competencies, core organisations and the potential for science and technology park/business innovation centre operations. To build a foundation to support and benefit Namibia, the study focuses on Windhoek and its surrounding technology cluster, its science-to-business efforts, the future development of a technology and science park/business innovation centre and the resultant creation of an innovation environment.
