Ms. Gaongalelwe ('Gao') Mosweu is responsible for the Marketing & Communications portfolio within the Aika Group, for the Botswana Innovation Hub Project. Her role involves the whole spectrum of communications activities including but not limited to public relations, branding, creating and executing marketing strategies for the BIH.

Before joining the Aika team, she was working in the tertiary education sector, and besides her Marketing and Public Relations portfolio, she was involved in training and mentoring young entrepreneurs who were beneficiaries of the Youth Grant (provided by Government). She is registered with the Botswana Training Authority (BOTA) as a Trainer.

Gao is very active in the Botswana Information Technology Society (BITS), in which she is the Secretary General, and so is quite well versed in the ICT industry of Botswana and will be instrumental in setting up the ICT cluster for the Botswana Innovation Hub.

Ms. Mosweu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Botswana, a Diploma in Computer Studies and a Certificate in Internet Governance (DiploFoundation, Malta).
