Wood drying with low pressure and heat gives exellent results

Through usage of multiple physical factors, which affect the drying of wood and other moisture prone material, significant reduction of energy consumption can be achieved with this system. Result of this process is rapid, yet gentle drying at substantially reduced energy consumption.

  1. Drying capacity per unit 40 m
  2. Dimensions of the processcontainer 3 x 3 x 5 m
  3. Weight ca. 5 to 8 tons
  4. Dimensions of the drying chamber 3 x 3 x 14 m
  5. Weight ca. 12 to 20 tons
  6. Adjustable drying temperatures 20 - 90 C
  7. Energy consumption 6 – 16 kw

As for full capacity on Larch, the drier is capable of following kinds of results with no end splitting effect:

  • Humidity inlet 45 - 50 %
  • Humidity after drying 14 - 16 %
  • Time for drying   5 - 6   days
